1). After eating any Mrs. Goodman's Baking Co. delicious scratch-made goodies, will I ever be the same?
Ans.:Never look back, it's a whole new world now!
2). How do I secure a lasting friendship with the new family on the block?
Ans.: Be a good friend in all other respects, and start by giving a Mrs. Goodman's Cake and/or Cookies as a welcoming gift.
3). What if I want to order a cake or other bakery products on a day when Mrs. Goodman's Baking Company is closed for a vacation, such as at Christmas time?
Ans.: Cakes made with buttercream icing, can be picked up before a vacation period begins, and as long as you have sufficient freezer space, the cake in the provided box, can be bagged (we can provide the bag) and put in your freezer until the day before serving, or early on serving day.
It would be best to thaw the cake by putting it first in the refrigerator for 24 hours, then at room temperature about an hour before serving.
Use your best judgment to keep the buttercream icing in fairly cool temperatures, or it can possibly melt.
If the order is for regular-Cookies, Dessert Bars, or Scones, refrigeration is not necessary.
